- To create a soothing and entertaining routine for your little one, follow these steps on a regular basis-
- Sit comfortably facing your child.
- - Arrange the flash cards in the order you would like to present them.
- - Hold up the first card so your child can clearly see the front of the flash card.
- - Read it aloud. For eg, RED APPLE. Wait for 2-3 seconds. Then turn over & show the RED colour. -
- Keep switching the cards and continue for 3-5 minutes or till your child seems interested. - You may also spread the flash cards on a surface & ask, “Which colour is red?” & let them reach for the card.
